The palate is well-balanced with the black fruits of the Cabernet balanced by the bitter dark chocolate of the PinotageOrmer Bay Merlot 2003 FairtradeLively and vibrant on a nose dominated by ripe plum and cherry. This theme is continued on the surprisingly rich palate that manages to balance ripe black fruits with silky smooth tannins.
